Assassin is the dagger burst class. NC describes a striker that approaches unseen, and the client kit rewards attacking from behind and managing Insignia stacks. It has the fewest multi-target attacks on the roster, 7, so it is a single-target class by design.

In a group of four, a stealth-style striker sits behind the frontline and adds damage while others hold attention. How much stealth matters inside a dungeon is not something the official page says, so we are not claiming a party role beyond the tagline.
