How to read this Aion 2 Ranger skills page

This is every Ranger skill in our sample, split into actives, passives and stigmas. For each skill you see the unlock level, how many top players learned it, how many run it, their average level and how the levels spread.

Learned is the share of top Rangers who have the skill above level 0.
Equipped is the share who run it. Passives are always on once learned.
Avg level is taken over the players who run it.
Level spread is a small bar chart of how those players' levels are distributed.

Can Daevanion raise stigma levels?

No. Daevanion boards raise only active and passive skills, by +1 level per skill node.
